We offer a variety of premium sod types tailored for Florida’s environment, including:

Sod Type	Sun/Shade Tolerance	Best For	Why It Works in St. Augustine, FL
St. Augustine	Full sun to moderate shade	Most residential lawns	Florida’s most popular turf — thick, lush texture and good salt tolerance for coastal St. Johns County properties
Bahia	Full sun	Large properties, low-maintenance yards	Deep root system handles sandy soil and drought stress well, needs less watering once established
Zoysia	Full sun to partial shade	Homeowners wanting a dense, manicured look	Slow-growing and tough, holds up to foot traffic and tolerates brief dry spells
Bermuda	Full sun	Sports areas, commercial properties	Fast-establishing and highly durable, but needs regular mowing and full sun exposure
Centipede	Full sun to light shade	Low-input lawns	Low fertilizer needs and slow growth rate, good option for properties wanting minimal upkeep
